Our weekly rates vary from $1,000-$1,500. We are required to charge sales tax of 5.5%. We do require a deposit of $400 to hold your reservation, with the full rental amount to be paid two weeks prior to your arrival date. Your deposit will be returned two weeks after departure unless you choose to reserve for next year.
